Orders may be placed through the Glassy Bites website by adding the desired products and services to the shopping cart. After completing checkout, the customer will be directed to WhatsApp to continue the process. Submitting the checkout form does not automatically guarantee availability. An order is confirmed only after Glassy Bites verifies the details and confirms the production, payment, and pickup arrangements.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be changed without prior notice. Custom desserts, decorated dessert tables, catering, dessert cart service, and other special requests may involve additional charges. The final price, payment method, and any required deposit will be communicated and confirmed through WhatsApp before production begins.
Glassy Bites offers local pickup only and does not provide shipping or delivery. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the location, on the date, and at the time agreed upon during confirmation. Delays or schedule changes should be communicated in advance. Because the products are perishable, Glassy Bites is not responsible for improper transportation, handling, storage, or temperature control after pickup.
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted through WhatsApp as soon as possible. Because the desserts are handmade and prepared to order, refunds may be limited once ingredients have been purchased, customization has started, or production is underway. Applicable deadlines and conditions will be communicated during order confirmation. If Glassy Bites is unable to fulfill a confirmed order, the customer may be offered rescheduling, store credit, or a refund.
Glassy Bites products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, sesame, and tree nuts, including pistachios and hazelnuts. Products are prepared in a shared environment, so Glassy Bites cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact with allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must disclose them before confirming an order and follow all storage and consumption instructions provided with the products.
